Dear Doug,

I have spoken to two individuals at the GAO and they said that they would be happy to direct you to the appropriate offices and personnel.   Additionally, you can report fraudulent cases through their external website (http://www.gao.gov/fraudnet/fraudnet.htm).  In either case, you should send them an abbreviated, thumbnail version of your concerns and they should be able to go from there.

The names (and email addresses) for the GAO individuals are: Anne-Marie Fennell (fennella@gao.gov) and Ralph Dawn (dawnr@gao.gov); both are copied on this email.  Ms. Fennell may be out of town soon, but Mr. Dawn will be able to assist you in her absence.
