NWD CHANGE OF COMMAND

Northwestern Division Commander BG Gregg F. Martin, is being reassigned to serve as the Commandant at the Engineering School in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. On Nov. 2, BG Martin will relinquish command of the Northwestern Division to NWD Deputy Commander COL Steven Miles. LTC Phillip Kauffmann will resume duties of deputy behind COL Miles. In summer 2008, COL (P) William E. Rapp, completing a tour in Iraq, will assume command of the Division.
